Lace Knitting Resources
Check our class calendar for Introduction to Lace Knitting classes. Lace knitting is Rachel's very favorite, and she would be delighted to welcome you into the practice. Take advantage of her thousands of hours of experience as you start your lace journey.
Consider becoming a finisher for the Loose Ends project https://looseends.org/
For your first lace knitting project, I recommend Nim Teasdale's free Sacre Couer pattern. You can download it at https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sacre-coeur
Using rigid stitch markers can stress delicate lace. Instead, tie yarn around the barrel of a pencil or pen and make a double knot to secure the loop and create a nice, soft stitch marker. This is a great way to use of scraps of yarn, too!
